Great thx OLEY!

Ostatnio miałem możliwość przełożyć na chwilę oba przekaźniki (ten zielony i H270) z Probka, w którym wszystko działa i nic to nie dało.
Mógłby ktoś napisać co po kolei sprawdzać i eliminować (by się jak najmniej orobić), żeby znaleźć przyczynę nie działającej dmuchawy i ją usunąć?

P.S. Które bezpieczniki odpowiadają za tą pie*****ną dmuchawę i regulację twardości zawieszenia?

Masz u mnie niedźwiedzia stu1pak.

Okazało się, że blacharz po tym jak skopcił tą wiązkę, w której między innymi idą przewody do wentylatora klimy i reflektora, włączył stacyjkę i padł wymieniony przez Ciebie bezpiecznik HEATER. Trudno było zdjagnozować, ponieważ przekaźnik od dmuchawy też padaka.

Witam wszystkich klubowiczów. Posiadam Forda Probe 93r USA wersja Base

Aktualnie jestem w Danii, za dwa tygodnie planuję trasę do Polski - ale jak tu jechać bez ogrzewania z zaparowaną szybą :cry:

Nie działa mi dmuchawa, sprawdziłem wszystkie bezpieczniki, na 3 wtyczkach które podpinamy do dmuchawy mam napięcie 11,54V, a więc myślę że z instalacją elektryczną wszystko jest ok :?: .

Na biegu (siła nadmuchu) 1,2,3 napięcie wynosi 11,54V natomiast na najmocniejszym 0,022V.

Wszyscy klubowicze posiadają rezystory w kształcie sprężynek ja natomiast mam w jednolitą w kształcie blaszki :shock: .

Zostaje mi chyba uszkodzony ten rezystor w kształcie blaszki lub uszkodzony silnik dmuchawy (np wytarte łopatki).

Druty są w jedynkach, w dwójkach jest taki rezystor z radiatorem.

To dmuchawa nie działa Ci w ogóle, czy tylko w maksymalnym położeniu?

Gdyby dmuchawa nie działała Ci na 2 najwyższych, to (z dużym prawdopodobieństwem) byłby drugi przekaźnik dmuchawy (pierwszy - odpowiadający za wszystkie biegi, jest między zderzakiem a chłodnicą, drugi, ten od 2 najwyższych, bezpośrednio na silniku dmuchawy), ale jeżeli tylko ostatni bieg, to raczej rezystor.
Poświęć niecałe 2 minuty na naukę korzystania z forum: :arrow: Lekcja 1 (bardzo krótka) i :arrow: Lekcja 2 (krótka)

BM1: CHECK FUSES
Check the 15A ENGINE fuse in the interior fuse panel and the 40A HEATER fuse in the main fuse panel.
Are the fuses OK?
Yes
GO to BM4.
No
GO to BM2.

BM2: CHECK SYSTEM
Key OFF.
Replace the blown fuse(s).
Key ON.
Do any of the fuses fail again?
Yes
GO to BM3.
No
GO to BM4.

BM3: CHECK FOR SHORTS TO GROUND
Key OFF.
Disconnect the 10-pin interior fuse panel connector and remove the 40A HEATER fuse from the motor fuse panel.
Disconnect the blower motor relay #1 connector near the right front of the radiator.
Measure the resistance of the "BK/W" wire between the 10-pin interior fuse panel connector and ground.
Measure the resistance of the "BL" wire between the left terminal of the 40A HEATER fuse holder and ground.
Are any resistances less than 5 ohms?

SERVICE wire(s) in question.
No
RECONNECT the 10-pin interior fuse panel connector. REPLACE the 40A HEATER fuse and/or the 15A ENGINE fuse. RECONNECT the blower motor relay #1. GO to BM4.

BM4: CHECK VOLTAGE AT BLOWER MOTOR
Key OFF.
Disconnect the blower motor connector on the blower assembly.
Key ON.
Measure the voltage on the "R" wire at the blower motor connector.
Is the voltage greater than 10 volts?
Yes
GO to BM8.
No
GO to BM5.

BM5: CHECK POWER TO BLOWER MOTOR RELAY #1
Key OFF.
Disconnect the blower motor relay #1 connector near the right front of the radiator.
Key ON.
Measure the voltage on the "BK/W" wire and the "BL" wire at the blower motor relay #1 connector.
Are the voltages greater than 10 volts?
Yes
GO to BM6.
No
SERVICE the "BK/W" and/or "BL" wire(s).

BM6: CHECK BLOWER MOTOR RELAY #1
Key OFF.
Disconnect the blower motor relay #1 connector.
Measure the resistance between the "BL" and "W" wire terminals on the relay.
Apply 12 volts to the "BK/W" wire terminal and ground to the "BK/R" wire terminal on the relay.
Measure the resistance between the "BL" wire terminal and the "W" wire terminal on the relay.
Is the resistance less than 5 ohms when 12 volts and ground are applied, and greater than 10,000 ohms when 12 volts and ground are not applied?
Yes
GO to BM7.
No
REPLACE the blower motor relay #1.

BM7: CHECK BLOWER MOTOR RELAY #1 GROUND CIRCUIT
Key OFF.
Disconnect the blower motor relay #1 connector.
Measure the resistance of the "BK/R" wire between the blower motor relay #1 connector and ground.
Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?
Yes
SERVICE the "W" - "R" wire between the blower motor relay #1 and the blower motor.
No
SERVICE the "BK/R" wire between the blower motor relay #1 and the starter motor.

BM8: CHECK BLOWER MOTOR
Key OFF.
Disconnect the blower motor connector.
Apply 12 volts to the "R" wire terminal and ground to the "BL/O" wire terminal at the blower motor.
Does the motor operate at HI speed?
Yes
GO to BM9.
No
REPLACE the blower motor.

BM9: CHECK MODE SELECTOR SWITCH GROUND
Key OFF.
Disconnect the mode selector switch connector.
Measure the resistance of the "BK" wire (circuit 52) between the mode selector switch connector and ground.
Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?
Yes
GO to BM10.
No
SERVICE the "BK" wire.

BM10: CHECK MODE SELECTOR SWITCH
Key OFF.
Disconnect the mode selector switch connector.
Measure the resistance between the "BL/Y" terminal and the "BK" wire terminal (circuit 52) wire at the mode selector switch with the switch in the following positions:<pre>Mode Selector Switch Position Resistance (ohms)
OFF greater than 10,000 ohms
VENT less than 5 ohms
FLOOR less than 5 ohms
MIX less than 5 ohms
DEF less than 5 ohms
NORM A/C (If equipped) less than 5 ohms

Yes
GO to BM11.
No
REPLACE the mode selector switch.

BM11: CHECK WIRE BETWEEN MODE SELECTOR SWITCH AND BLOWER MOTOR RESISTOR
Key OFF.
Disconnect the mode selector switch connector.
Disconnect the blower motor resistor connector on the blower assembly, the blower motor relay #2 connector and the blower switch connector.
Measure the resistance between the "BL/Y" wire at the mode selector switch connector and the "GN/R" wire at the blower motor resistor connector.
Measure the resistance of the "BL/Y" wire between the mode selector switch connector and ground.
Is the resistance less than 5 ohms between the mode selector switch connector and the blower motor resistor connector, and greater than 10,000 ohms between the mode selector switch connector and ground?
Yes
GO to BM12.
No
SERVICE the "BL/Y" - "GN/R" wire.

BM12: CHECK WIRE BETWEEN BLOWER MOTOR AND BLOWER MOTOR RESISTOR
Key OFF.
Disconnect the blower motor connector.
Disconnect the blower motor resistor connector on the blower assembly.
Disconnect the blower switch connector.
Measure the resistance between the "BL/O" wire at the blower motor connector and "BL/W" wire at blower motor resistor connector.
Measure the resistance of the "BL/O" wire between the blower motor connector and ground.
Is the resistance less than 5 ohms between the blower motor connector and the blower motor resistor connector, and greater than 10,000 ohms between the blower motor connector and ground?
Yes
GO to BM13.
No
SERVICE the "BL/O"-"BL/W" wire.

BM13: CHECK BLOWER MOTOR RESISTOR
Key OFF.
Disconnect the blower motor resistor connector on the blower assembly.
Measure the resistance between the terminals of the blower motor resistor as indicated:<pre> Terminals Resistance (ohms)
BL/W and GN/R 2.76 ohms
BL/W and BL 1.07 ohms
BL/W and R/BK 0.38 ohms</pre>Are the resistances approximately as indicated?
Yes
GO to BM14.
No
REPLACE the blower motor resistor.

BM14: CHECK BLOWER SWITCH
Key OFF.
Disconnect the blower switch connector.
Measure the resistance between the terminals of the blower switch as indicated:<pre>Switch Terminals Resistance (ohms)

LO All greater than 10,000 ohms
2nd BL/Y and BL less than 5 ohms
All others greater than 10,000 ohms

REPLACE the blower switch.

BM15: CHECK WIRE BETWEEN BLOWER SWITCH AND MODE SELECTOR SWITCH
Key OFF.
Disconnect the blower switch connector and the mode selector switch connector.
Measure the resistance of the "BL/Y" wire between the blower switch connector and the mode selector switch connector.
Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?
Yes (Blower motor stays at LO speed in 2nd blower switch position)
SERVICE the "BL" wire between the blower switch and the blower motor resistor.
Yes (Blower motor stays at second speed in 3rd blower switch position)
GO to BM16.
Yes (Blower stays at third speed in HI blower switch position)
SERVICE the "BL/W" wire between the blower switch and the blower motor resistor.
No
SERVICE the "BL/Y" wire.

BM16: CHECK FUSE
Check the 15A METER fuse located in the interior fuse panel.
Is the fuse OK?
Yes
GO to BM19.
No
GO to BM17.

BM17: CHECK SYSTEM
Key OFF.
Replace the 15A METER fuse.
Key ON.
Does the fuse fail again?
Yes
GO to BM18.
No
GO to BM19.

BM18: CHECK FOR SHORTS TO GROUND
Key OFF.
Disconnect the 14-pin interior fuse panel connector.
Disconnect the blower motor relay #2 connector at the blower assembly.
Measure the resistance of the "BK/Y" wire between the 14-pin interior fuse panel connector and ground.
Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?

BM20: CHECK BLOWER MOTOR RELAY #2
Key OFF.
Disconnect the blower motor relay #2 connector.
Measure the resistance between the "BL/Y" and the "R/BK" wire terminals on the blower motor relay #2.
Apply 12 volts to the "BK/Y" wire terminal, and ground to the "BL/BK" wire terminal on the blower motor relay #2.
Measure the resistance between the "BL/Y" and the "R/BK" wire terminals on the blower motor relay #2.
Is the resistance less than 5 ohms when 12 volts and ground are applied, and greater than 10,000 ohms when 12 volts and ground are not applied?

No

Jesli temperatura silnika jest za wysoka, wiatraki sie zalaczaja to klimatyzacja automatycznie sie rozlacza i przestaje dzialac? Czy temp silnika nie ma zadnego wplywu na dzialanie klimy?

jakie u was sa ceny nabicia klimy czynnikiem chłodzoncym R134 i sprawdzenie szczelności w układzie oraz wymiana oleju w sprężarce?
W Białymstoku najtaniej to 120zł za tą usługę, a 160zł z odgrzybianiem.

W Radomiu od 180 do 200 zł zależnie od ilości czynnika który wejdzie w układ.

Cisik temperatura silnka wydaje mi się, nie wpływa na działanie klimy. Przynajmniej w jedynce tak jest. Gdy załączy się wentylator główny, klima działa tak samo. Dodatkowo gdy włączona jest klima, wtedy chodzi sobie jeszcze wentylator od chłodzenia układu klimatyzacji. Nie zauważyłem żeby klimatyzacja w jakiś sposób nagrzewała silnik. Wiadomo że jest to jakieś tam dodatkowe obciążenie ale temperatura nie robi się niepokojąco wysoka.
Był PROBE GT 2.2 Turbo '89 Full Opcja z Qresko Red Inside :( :( :(
Jest PROBE 2.5 V6 '94. Dostał nowe serduszko dzięki 2Ya :)
Jest SCENIC II ph I 2003 Lux Privilege pierońskie 1.6 115 KM :D

U mnie wyglada to tak, ze dopoki silnik jest zimny nie chodzi zaden wentylator i klima dziala normalnie, gdy rozgrzeje sie do polowy skali zalacza sie wentylator od strony pasazera i chlodzi silnik i wtedy klima dziala normalnie ale po pewnym czasie zalacza sie 2 wentylator(ten od klimy tak jakby wspomagal chlodzenie silnika) i wtedy klima przestaje juz dzialac :( czy ma na to wplyw wysoka temp silnika( a raczej zle ustawienia w ecu ktory przeprogramowalem) czy to ze zalacza sie 2 wentylator do chlodzenia silnika ktory powinien zalaczac sie przy wlaczonej klimatyzacji??

Ja wczoraj zauwazylem cos dziwnego :)
zwykle jezdze z grajacym radyjkiem, zreszta i tak mam zamkniete szyby wiec tego nie slyszalem, ale wczoraj jak podjechalem pod mcdrive i otworzylem szybke to slyszalem jakies dziwne strzaly z pod maski, takie cos brzmiace hmmm jakby przewod wysokiego napiecia przeciety skakal i strzelal 'piorunami' jak na filmach :D szybko wydedukowalem ze po wylaczeniu klimy tego nie ma...
z drugiej strony jak wczoraj zatrzymalem sie pod sklepem i zostawilem silnik wlaczony (bo pasazer zostal w srodku a auto stalo na sloncu) to jak wysiadlem dalej te dziwne 'strzaly' slyszalem, a jak wrocilem ze sklepu 3 minuty pozniej to juz tego nie bylo...

Hmm... bardzo ciężko cokolwiek powiedzieć, u mnie było słychać głośne pstrykanie jak jedna świeca się poluzowała - sprawdź czy wszystkie są dobrze dokręcone.

Jak już sprężarka dogorywa to potrafi tak hałasować. Najlepiej jednak pojechać do warsztatu na przegląd klimy i niech sprawdzą.

U mnie też sprężarka tak chrobocze, że mam jej już dosyć, ale póki działa, to się przemęczę. Na przyszły rok poszukam sobie nowej, bo może się okazać, że regeneracja będzie za droga.
Jeśli u Ciebie jest podobnie, to na razie nie ma się czym martwić. Sprawdź czy wiatrak na chłodnicy o nic nie ociera - pamiętaj wyłączyć silnik jak chcesz mieć jeszcze palce :)

Panowie a ja mam taki problem,że jak załączam klimatyzację to obroty skaczą z ok. 800 na 300 tak,że prawie autko gaśnie wtedy komputer próbuje podbić obroty i tak na zmianę. Co to może być?Może to być wina przepustnicy również?Klima chłodzi poprawnie, serwis robię co wiosnę, przed sezonem.Wykluczam braki oleju,czynnika.Sprężarka chodzi cicho.Może ktoś z klubowiczów miał już taki problem,serdecznie proszę o pomoc.

Ja mialem podobny problem winna byla krokowka. U mnie pomogla dopiero jej wymiana, bo nawet po wyczyszczeniu jej dalej byl podobny objaw ale tylko na wlaczonej klimie, bez klimy chodzila ok
...w niebie mnie nie chcą, a w piekle boją się, że nim zawładnę ...

Odnawiam temat...
Szukam miejsca gdzie w Krakowie lub okolicach nabijają aktualnie R-12
z naciskiem na "aktualnie".

Objeździłem już baaaaardzo dużo serwisów i wszędzie odprawili mnie z kwitkiem :?

W sumie to chłodzenie jeszcze jest ale trochę ubyło czynnika a i kumpel pytał, bo jego szef zakupił sobie porszaka i też ma ten sam problem :)

ja tez jestem zainteresowany bo przy remącie silnika zima spuscili mi caly gaz .W kraku nabijalem w tamtym roku ale nikomu nie polecem gosciu nabijal mi z butli na oko :evil:

Wybaczcie jeśli piszę bzdury ale się nie znam powtarzam co mi "spece" powiedzieli: 93 ma klime na r12 - wiadomo problem, ale można go spuścić i napełnić r134 tylko nie pasują końcówki. Ale:Skoro od 94 było wszystko to samo ale końcówki już nowsze te do r134 to można kupić końcówki razem z przewodem (rurką) do pierwszego łączenia od 94 lub pózniejszego i wstawić do 93.
Czy to będzie pasować na łączeniu i czy w ogóle to ma szanse powodzenia? Co myślicie?
