Wiem, że temat może się powtarzać ale chciałbym raz a porządnie wstawić to w jedno miejsce, żeby następne osoby miały łatwiej. Skopiowane z dawnej strony ford-probe.net mam nadzieję, że chłopaki się nie obrażą bo wrzucam to dla dobra ogółu :lol: :roll:

Poniższy opis dotyczy wyłącznie Probe 2.0 i 2.5 z lat 93-95.

Wstęp...

W Probe ze względu na 2 typy instalacji elektrycznej (Ford i Mazda) oraz zmiany wprowadzne w kolejnych rocznikach, istnieje kilka metod na odczytanie kodów diagnostycznych (awarii) silnika. W skórcie można je określić i podzielić na:

1. OBD-I – MECS, instalacja elektryczna Mazdy, kody 2. cyfrowe,

2. DTC – EEC-IV, instalacja elektryczna Forda, kody 3. cyfrowe.

Od 96 roku w Probe umieszczono już system OBD-II, gdzie do odczytu kodów potrzebujemy odpowiedniego skanera. Co ciekawe system ten w Europie był stosowany dopiero od 2000 roku.

Na początek sprawdzamy w/g zdjęć poniżej jaką mamy instalację i system odczytu.

KOEO i KOER…

Są 2 etapy odczytu kodów:

KOEO - Key On Engine Off – kluczyk w pozycji ON, silnik wyłączony,

KOER - Ke y On Engine Running – silnik włączony.

Przeprowadzenie obu jest konieczne, gdyż niektóre błędy nie są zapamiętywane w pamięci ECU i zostaną dopiero w momencie ich faktycznego wystąpienia.

Odczyt kodów OBD-I…

Metoda 1
Zwieramy piny TEN i GND zaznaczone na foto za pomocą cienkiego drucika.

KOEO – Przekręcamy kluczyk w pozycję ON, ale NIE ZAPALAMY SILNIKA.
Następnie obserwujemy lampkę "Check Engine". która powinna zgasnąć i po chwili zapalać sie pulsacyjnie. Długie zapalenie oznacza dziesiątki, a krótkie jednostki, a dokładnie: 0.8s - dziesiątki, 0.2s - jednostki, 1s - przerwa między kodami.
KEOR – Włączamy silnik i ponownie odczytujemy kody wg zasad jak wyżej.

Metoda 2
Jeśli nie wyświetli nam kodów Metoda 1, a mamy podczas jazdy wskazywaną awarię poprzez lampkę „Check Engine”, będziemy potrzebowali dodatkowo:
- woltomierza analogowego (wskazówkowego)
lub
- diody LED i rezystora 1kOhm, który lutujemy do końcówki LED zaokrąglonej.

W obu przypadkach podłączamy się do pinu FEN w gnieździe DIAGNOSE i plusa akumulatora. W przypadku LED kody będzie wyświetlać przez jej impulsowe zapalanie, natomiast przy woltomierzu będą to dłuższe i krótsze wychylenia wskazówki.

Odczyt kodów DTC…
Zwieramy piny jak na rysunku. Odczytujemy poprzez „Checz Engine” lub za pomocą pozostałych metod jak w OBD-I. Kody są wyświetlane w postaci 3. cyfrowej krotkimi sygnałami. Zawsze na początek wyświetlany jest kod 111 oznaczający poprawne działanie ECU.

Czujnik temperatury cieczy chłodzącej - sterowanie wentylatorem chłodnicy

Jeśli po przekręceniu kluczyka w pozycję ON lampka Check Engine zgaśnie i nie wyświetli żadnych kodów, oznacza to, że wszystko jest w porządku.


Jeśli po przekręceniu kluczyka w pozycję ON lampka Check Engine nie zgaśnie oraz nie wyświetli kodów, oznacza to uszkodzony PCM. Sprawdź też czy dokładnie zwarłeś styki w gnieździe Diagnose.
Należy pamiętać, że samo wykazanie błędu niekoniecznie oznacza uszkodzenie danego elementu.

Ze względu na rzadkie występowanie w Probe w naszym kraju znaczenia nie zostały przetłumaczone.
